Why does Performance require a 3-month commitment?
Performance involves technical integration with your CRM and analytics, custom subreddit setup, and a dedicated PM ramp. Reddit content also has strong long-tail value — meaningful conversion signal typically materializes over 8–12 weeks, not 30 days.
What happens if you miss a guarantee?
Growth: if monthly impressions fall below 150K, we extend content delivery until the threshold is met at no extra cost. Performance: if monthly trackable registrations fall short of 100, we make up the shortfall in the next cycle, also at no extra cost.
What counts as a 'trackable registered user'?
A real signup in your product attributed to a Reddit-sourced visit through our integrated tracking. We work with your team to define the conversion event and connect it to your analytics stack.
Can I upgrade or change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade at any cycle boundary and we'll prorate the new plan from the upgrade date. Downgrades from Performance take effect at the end of the 3-month commitment.
