Privacy & Data Safeguards

We collect only the minimum data required to scope and deliver Reddit growth engagements: product context, target audiences, prior community learnings, contact details, and collaboration assets.

Information is used solely to evaluate strategy, plan deliverables, coordinate activation, and measure impact. SoxGrow never repurposes client data for marketing or third-party resale.

Sensitive assets live inside encrypted collaboration environments (Notion, Linear, Google Workspace) with access restricted to SoxGrow staff bound by NDAs.

We do not share information with external parties unless authorised in writing or required by law. Specialised partners sign NDAs and receive least-privilege access before collaboration begins.

Engagement data is archived for up to 90 days after completion, then removed or retained according to client instruction and contractual obligations.

Clients may request updates, exports, or deletion of submitted information at any time. SoxGrow acknowledges requests within five business days and fulfils them promptly.
